Who is your favorite Bag Ladies Sister and why? I like all my Bag Lady Sisters. Each one is unique and brings something different to the table.
Why did you want to be Bag Ladies Bus Tour Queen? My move to Indy was a chance to begin anew. I wanted to become Bag Lady Queen because I saw it as an opportunity to give back to a community and group of people that helped create this persona and helped me grow.
What does “Once a Queen, always a Queen,” mean to you? In addition to being a title, it’s a mindset. It’s a reminder to always be courteous, humble, and gracious.
What is your biggest accomplishment as Bag Ladies Queen or as a Former?
For what would you most like to be remembered?
When a cure and a vaccine for HIV are discovered and HIV no longer exists, what will the Bag Ladies do next? Evolve and move with the times. There will always be a need for educating individuals on safer sex practices and the use of PreP, advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community, and fundraising for organizations.
